LUIS R. LUGO
Luis R. Lugo is Chief Instructor at Orlando Shooting Sports Range Academy. He has over 18 years of experience with Armed Security, Armored Car, and Prisoner Transport in the United States, Puerto Rico, and the U.S Virgin Islands. He is NRA Certified as a Civilian and Law Enforcement Firearm Instructor. Qualified to teach the State of Florida Concealed Carry Permit Course.
